Notes from the photographer about the property:
“This one was really easy to get to and is about 10 minutes from Hwy 159. The roads coming in were all very nice dirt roads, and this property is closer to the established power system towards Mesita, but solar/wind/gen would probably still be less costly. This lot was nice and flat, and the sagebrush was low, so you could probably drive onto it with an SUV or RV and not need to cut an access to use for camping. Cell reception was good here too.”
