There is a neighbor just a couple of parcels down, and they look decently established, which is great to have near when trying to develop. Power is about 3 miles away towards the town of Mesita, so solar/wind/gen would probably be best. The dirt roads getting to this property were as good as any paved roads for the most part, and cell reception was actually really good.”
