This property sits at an elevation of around 7,024ft. It has a large hill to the west of the NW
corner. There are types of high desert Pine trees and low shrubs all over the property. The
terrain changes dramatically covering most of the eastern portion of the property into small
ravines running all the way to the highway in the south. The property along the western the boundary is covered in plains grass with some trees. It has a property fence line running along the western boundary all the way to the SW corner. The terrain near the western boundary is Flat.
There are access roads from the north and the south consisting of CO-Highway 69, this makes
access to the property easy. There is also a dirt county road that connects to Hwy 69, CO RD
623. There is a fenced gate that allows access to the property approximately .3 miles from CO-
69.
